About Us

W. L. Lashley & Associates was established in 1947 in Houston, Texas as a manufacturers' representative and distributor for the HVAC industry. Sales in the early years were to residential as well as commercial customers. Design services on house plans for residential builders were provided by selecting performance, size and type for the various equipment sold by the firm. Outstanding leadership and service led to stable, conservative growth and financial strength. The company remained family owned and operated by Brian Lashley, son of the founder, Walter Lashley, until late 2005.

In September of 2005, Brian Lashley of Lashley & Associates and Randal Sutton, owner of Sutton Group, Inc. saw the potential by merging two successful operations together. The end result was the power of ONE organization that commanded a robust warehouse trade and had a significant presence within the design and the plan and spec community.

Lashley & Associates operates from a 43,000 square foot facility with 30,000 square feet dedicated to a warehouse stocking over one million dollars of inventory. Items immediately available to our customers include grilles, registers, diffusers, terminal units, flexible duct, fans, life safety dampers, louvers, spiral duct, double wall gas vent pipe, various sheet metal products, duct wrap, duct liner, sealants, tapes, as well as other various products needed for the HVAC industry. We also offer architectural louvers, fire extinguishers, fire extinguishers cabinets, roof hatches, access doors and additional items supporting our customers requiring Division 10 products.
